NCHELP Learning Opportunities

Looking for more useful training opportunities for yourself or your staff? Several resources from NCHELP are available to provide helpful information about a variety of important topics such as Income-Based Repayment (IBR), FFELP liquidity programs, post-claim sampling and the economic hardship deferment changes effective on July 1, 2009.

Over the past year, more than 2,500 people have attended informative webinars hosted by NCHELP on a variety of topics. All archived presentations from these webinars are located in NCHELP's e-Library and additional IBR information is available on the NCHELP Web site.

If your staff is reviewing the economic hardship deferment changes effective July 1 and considering how to implement them, check out the updated Economic Hardship Deferment Request form with revised poverty guidelines and minimum wage figures, an information sheet and a Q&A document to address the most frequently asked questions from the student loan community.

If you have questions about any of the topics described above, contact OGSLP’s Policy, Compliance and Training department at 405.234.4432 or pct@ogslp.org. We’re here to help!
