OGSLP Provides Customer Training

OGSLP provided a day of training on May 15 for staff from three Oklahoma schools. Attendees participated in sessions on the life of the loan, loan processing resolutions and regulations and resources.

Resource Guide Available for the Income-Based Repayment Plan

Effective July 1, 2009, the income-based repayment (IBR) plan, a provision in the CCRAA, will be available for FFELP and Direct Loan borrowers experiencing a "partial financial hardship."
