Enhancements to OKcollegestart.org & the Professional Center

XAP has updated the Transcript feature within Transitions (both Student and Professional Center), making it easier to send and approve transcripts. The improvements include clearer instructions, enhanced interaction design and the ability to request and send transcripts to multiple postsecondary schools at once.

Enhanced Interaction Design – OKcollegestart.org

Students will be able to request and send transcripts to up to eight different postsecondary institutions at once – saving time and effort!

The information on the transcript history page has also been updated. The “Current Status” column now has a help icon with information on what each status means.

The term “Transcript Released” has been changed to “Transcript Sent,” and the new status “Transcript Delivery Failed” displays when a transcript does not transmit properly. If this happens, XAP’s internal systems alert our customer service team and our technical team, who will look into the issue.

Enhanced Interaction Design – Professional Center

In the Professional Center, the same new design for selecting up to eight institutions has been implemented on the Release Transcripts screen. It’s now easier for educators and counselors to select the eight postsecondary schools to send transcripts to.

Finally, in the Professional Center, the labels “Date of Release” and “Date Downloaded” have been changed in the Released Transcripts report. The new labels are “Date Transcript Sent” and “Date Delivered.”
