2009-10 FSA Handbook with Active Index Now Available

ED recently announced that the Complete 2009-2010 Handbook with Active Index is available on the FSA Website in PDF format.

The Index is at the beginning of the document, followed by the Application and Verification Guide and the volumes contained in the Handbook. Please note that the file is very large (15 MB) and might take some time to download.
