As higher education professionals, we understand the challenges schools and lenders face when working through the default prevention process. This peer-reviewed, Web-based, free resource is divided into distinct channels of information for our school and lender customers; each channel addresses the entire life of the loan. Featured tools include sample letters and e-mail text, checklists for entrance and exit counseling and financial literacy information and materials.

OGSLP designed the “best practices” guide to help you maximize the effectiveness of the excellent assistance and support you already provide to borrowers. Working together, we’re making a difference!
