Access360 Conference Reveals Speaker Line-up
The Access360: Allies in Higher Education conference, Sept. 23-24 at the Embassy Suites Hotel and Conference Center in Norman, will feature an exciting line-up of speakers and events.
Monday, Sept. 23, we’ll welcome Chancellor Glen D. Johnson of the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education. As our keynote speaker, Chancellor Johnson will provide an update about key initiatives of the state higher education system during our luncheon.
Tuesday, Sept. 24, we’re welcoming keynote speaker Justin Draeger, President of the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators. Mr. Draeger will give us a national overview of the student loan industry and provide key insights, including important messages to communicate to students about how to pay for college.
Additionally, don’t forget that Monday evening from 4:30 – 6:00 p.m. we’ll feature an exclusive showing of the documentary First Generation, narrated by Golden Globe nominee Blair Underwood. First Generation tells the story of four high school students - an inner city athlete, a small town waitress, a Samoan warrior dancer and the daughter of migrant field workers - who set out to break the cycle of poverty and bring hope to their families and communities by pursuing a college education. The film is open to the public, so conference registration is not required.
These are just a few reasons you won’t want to miss Access360. Registration is still open and the conference is free, so register today.
Stay tuned for more announcements about the conference line-up and keep up with the latest conference news by visiting Access360Conference.org or following us on Twitter @OKAccess360. We look forward to seeing you there!
