New Forms Make Claim Filing and Processing Easier
NCHELP's Program Operations, Default Aversion and Claim Standardization (DACS) subcommittee has updated the FFELP Ineligible Borrower and Identity Theft Supplemental Form to better support standardized claim filing and processing. The form has been revised to clarify the Ineligible Borrower Classification section. We support NCHELP's recommended implementation for all ineligible claims submitted after July 1, 2009.
This form is available in the Publications and Forms section of OGSLP’s Web site. If you have questions about the updated forms, please contact Eric Okeke, OGSLP Claims Manager, at 405.234.4342 or eokeke@ogslp.org.
