To help you understand and comply with final rulemaking regarding the Red Flags rules, the FRB, FDIC, NCUA, OCC, OTS and FTC have worked together to develop a list of frequently asked questions (FAQs). These FAQs address discrepancies and provide additional clarification about the Nov. 9, 2007 identity theft red flag final rules. The FAQs may be revised as additional questions arise.
