Contact Information Request for Emergency Preparation

As addressed in a recent announcement from ED’s Federal Student Aid office, emergency contact information is requested from financial aid administrators at schools participating in Title IV programs. This information can be provided on your Application for Approval to Participate in Federal Student Financial Aid Programs (E-application, box 69). FSA provided step-by-step instructions for submitting this information, and additional policy guidance can be found in the original announcement on the IFAP Web site.
