Need Help with School Disclosure Requirements?

The National Postsecondary Education Cooperative has developed a report containing suggestions for postsecondary schools in the dissemination of required disclosures under the Higher Education Act (HEA) of 1965. It suggests ways for institutions to make the disclosure information more accessible and understandable to consumers. A summary of HEA institutional disclosure requirements and a list of HEA-required disclosures by the required methods of dissemination are also included in the report.
