ASLP Webinar for Schools: Economic Impacts on Student Aid
America’s Student Loan Providers (ASLP) is hosting a Webinar tomorrow, October 17 for financial aid administrators to examine the impact of the current financial market situation on financing postsecondary education and training.
Webinar topics include:
- the impact on the capital markets that serve student loan providers.
- the continued availability of Federal Family Education Loan Program (FFELP) loans for the 2009-10 academic year.
- other critical FFELP services that meet the needs of students, families and schools.
The FFELP is the largest financial aid program in the nation and the only federal student loan program that provides students and schools a choice in lenders and the resulting benefits of competition. Additionally, the FFELP community of schools, lenders and guarantors provides exceptional services that build money management skills, emphasize the importance of loan repayment and prevent default. It’s the best choice for schools and a winning partnership for students and families!
ASLP’s Webinar will begin tomorrow at 12:00 PM (CST) and conclude by 1:30 PM. Click here to register for the Webinar today or contact Kevin Bruns at 202.721.1190 or Kevin@aslp.info for more information.
