System Enhancement for New Deferment Code

In November 2007, the College Cost Reduction and Access Act (CCRAA) established a new deferment code for military reservists. OGSLP’s system has been enhanced to allow for the new two-character code, ‘MR’, in all existing media types used by our customers to electronically submit transactions, including Common Account Maintenance (CAM) processing. Our system will also include the new deferment code in all outbound reporting in both electronic and paper formats.
