How do your daily duties impact OGSLP's customers?
Our customers are my daily duty! I communicate and spend time with them often to provide services and tools that are customized to meet their individual needs. My goal is to offer information and support that will help make a complicated, critical job a little easier.
What advice would you give to someone in our industry who's new to working with student loans?
Learning how schools and lenders implement various processing systems can be challenging, but it's great to see the systems used in a manner that works for each office.
What are some of the unique services that School/Lender Support Services provides our customers?
We offer exceptional customer service. In a world of computer-automated service, OGSLP is unique because we offer the chance to work directly with a representative who focuses on each customer. That makes our department's service stand out among our competition.
What are your hobbies or interests?
I watch too much TV (Lost, The Office, 30 Rock), and I enjoy walking/running with my dog, Betty. My newest hobby is proclaiming my commitment to healthy eating, then blowing my diet by Wednesday.
