Loan Services Offers New Forms

Did you know there are new, simplified electronic forms available for schools and lenders to submit multiple loan updates in a single request?

To reduce the number of forms you must use, making it simpler than ever to report status changes, OGSLP’s Loan Services department has consolidated six forms into two: Loan Maintenance form and Status form. The new forms also help us preserve our environment by reducing paper usage.

As a result of the consolidation process, OGSLP will discontinue producing and fulfilling orders for the following:


The new Loan Maintenance and Status forms are interactive and available on our Web site. You can continue to e-mail your request or forward completed forms to statuschanges@ogslp.org, whichever method you prefer. The forms will be available to order on Oct. 15, so mark your calendar today!
