Draft 2009-10 FAFSA Released for Comment

The Department of Education (ED) released the draft of the 2009-2010 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). There are a number of changes to the form for the 2009-2010 award year due to recent legislation. A detailed listing of the changes can be found in the Summary of Changes document included in the ED announcement.

The deadline for submitting comments is October 27, 2008. Please note the correction to the e-mail address that ED originally provided; comments can be submitted to FAFSA.comments@ed.gov.
