Federal Student Aid (FSA) Releases EDExpress Online Learning Modules

FSA released the first of three Web-based training modules to teach basic skills needed to use the 2008-09 EDExpress and EDConnect software. The online learning modules offer a simulated environment in which users can learn global functions, application processing using Financial Aid Administrator access to CPS on the Web, and Pell and TEACH Grant processing.

The modules are self-paced, allowing on-the-job training that fits with staff schedules while protecting student loan information. For more information, refer to Dear Colleague Letter (DCL) ANN-08-09.
