ED Posts Information Collection Request
As required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Department of Education has posted the following proposed information collection requests to the Federal Register:
- Student Assistance General Provisions Non-Title IV Revenue Requirements (90/10)
- Student Assistance General Provisions Annual Fire Safety Report
- General Provisions Re-admittance of Service Members
- Federal Pell Grant Program – Maximum Pell Grant to Children of Soldiers
- Student Assistance General Provisions Financial Assistance for Students with Intellectual Disabilities
- Federal Family Education Loan (FFEL) Program Income Based Repayment (IBR) Plan Request and Alternative Documentation of Income
- Federal Pell Grant Program – Two Scheduled Pell Grants in an Award Year
- Institution and Lender Requirements Relating to Education Loans
