OGSLP Remains in the Industry Mix

It’s no secret that big changes are happening in our industry. To stay at the forefront of legislative and economic change and help shape the impacts on our customer community, OGSLP staff stay engaged with a number of organizations and industry boards. Check out some of our staff who’ve made industry involvement a priority to better serve you!

Rick Edington

Rick, OGSLP’s Executive Director, is active in NCHELP’s CEO Caucus, having completed a term as a member of the Board of Directors.

Angela Caddell

Angela is our Director for Communications, Financial Education and Outreach. She’s Chair-Elect of the Board of Directors for the Oklahoma Council on Economic Education (OCEE) and serves as Vice-Chair for NCHELP’s College Access Initiative. In addition, Angela is a member of the Oklahoma Jump$tart Coalition for Personal Financial Literacy, Oklahoma Homebuyer Education Association (OHEA), National Association of Economics Educators (NAEE) and Oklahoma College Public Relations Association.

Mary Heid

Mary is our Director for Policy, Compliance and Training.  She is serving her second term as the Common Manual Governing Board Chair.

Rick Sykora

Rick, our Director for Finance, Recoveries and Claims, serves as a member of the NCHELP CFO caucus and participates on various NCHELP workgroups. He has remained active with NCHELP’s Debt Management Committee and has held various leadership positions, including a term as chair.

Penny Gandy

Penny serves as our Outreach Manager and participates on NCHELP’s Standards, Operations and Contracting Committee. She’s also a member of OASFAA’s Program Committee, and is the Entertainment Chair for the 2011 conference.

Wayne Sparks

Wayne, our Default Prevention Manager, is a member of NCHELP’s Debt Management Committee.

Kelli Kelnar

Kelli, one of our Outreach Specialists, is an OASFAA member and serves as the Sponsorship Chair.

Kim Hetzler

Formerly known as Kim Elston, our Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist serves as OGSLP’s Ombudsman.

Matt McCreary

Matt is our Policy Analyst and serves on NCHELP's Common Review Initiative Council and as a member of NCHELP’s Program Regulations Committee.
