OCAP - Oklahoma College Assistance Program, Formerly known as the Oklahoma Guaranteed Student Loan Program

10.11.12—Counting on a Bright Future
It's Not Too Late to Register

Have you registered for the Oklahoma College Assistance Program’s (OCAP) annual conference? Space is limited and registration is filling up fast, but it’s not too late to secure your seat.

Join us Oct. 11 at the Moore-Norman Technology Center, South Penn Campus in Oklahoma City to exchange information and ideas with partners who share your vision of facilitating a college-going culture for Oklahoma families. You won’t want to miss the keynote delivered by Greg Darnieder, Senior Adviser to the Secretary on the College Access Initiatives, U.S. Department of Education, who’ll speak about college access efforts on the national level and how they complement our initiatives right here in Oklahoma.

We’re also featuring external experts from across the state to provide informative sessions focused on key aspects of your work, such as serving specialized and at-risk populations, helping students and parents navigate the financial aid process, strengthening personal finance and debt management skills, and positioning students for successful degree completion and loan repayment. Whether you’re a school counselor, a GEAR UP Site adviser, a financial aid officer, a student services professional, a community service provider or a financial literacy educator, we’re offering multiple sessions with you in mind!

Registration is free and lunch will be provided. Visit our website for directions and to view the conference agenda.

Don’t wait; register today for 10.11.12—Counting on a Bright Future. We look forward to seeing you there!
