Cohort Default Rates Release
The FY 2008 Official Cohort Default Rates will be released on Sept. 13 by the Department of Education.

DL School Guide Released
The Department of Education’s (ED) Direct Loans School Guide is updated to reflect regulatory requirements and electronic processes in place for the 2008–2009 award year. The guide covers a variety of topics, including borrower eligibility, MPNs and eMPNs, and DL awards and payments. You can get the DL School Guide from ED’s website or from our DL Transition page, along with many more useful DL resources.
