NPRM Teams Reach Consensus

CapitolNotices of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) for changes to student loans and general provisions enacted by the HEOA were published in the July 23, 2009 and July 28, 2009 Federal Register. Negotiators did reach consensus on the proposed regulations package.
